Total Members Joined
A targetted gauge chart shows the current number of members joined against the maximum potential number of members to join, broken into smaller interval goals.
Every time a goal is met, the goal will turn green, and the next goal will be formatted to bold and hinted with a red arrow.
Members Joined (Monthly)
A bar chart shows the absolute number of members joining each month, broken down by calendar month, and shows data of the past 12 months.
Hover over the chart and click the menu to reveal more actions like:
- Sort by: number of companies joined/date of the month
- Export data: as CSV, CSV (Excel) or Google Sheets
Member Engagement Funnel
⚠️ Only applicable for Manual Entry type of Members.
A funnel chart that shows the conversion rate of engagement for joined members. Each step represents a different action in member engagement and is marked as completed once the Member action is registered, at least once:
- Step 1: Members Joined - Member has filled out the signup form or Admin has invited them to the job board, and an invitation has been sent to the member.
- Step 2: Members Logged-in - Member has received the invitation to join and completed the sign-up process. Those not completing these steps are listed in the Members Not Logged In section.
- Step 3: Members Created Job - Member has completed the signup and started creating a job. The job can be saved as a draft for later, or published immediately.
- Step 4: Members Published Job - Member has published a job that is sent to the Admin for approval. Approval/rejection does not matter in this case, only that the member published the job.
Member Information
The table includes all necessary information for each member of your job board, including:
- Member ID
- Company Name
- Recruiter Email
- Recruiter’s backend URL
⚠️ Recruiter’s backend URL is used for troubleshooting logins of members. Each backend URL is connected to the Recruiter Email of the same row on the table; the member may need the backend URL in case they cannot locate the invitation on their email or they are converting to a Microsoft login.
Use the filter option to select the member(s) you want to include in the table.
Hover over the chart and click the menu to reveal more actions like:
- Sort by: a specific column of the table
- Export data: as CSV, CSV (Excel) or Google Sheets
Members Not Logged In
The table includes the same information as the table for Member Information with the difference being that it is filtered only to those members who have not logged in yet, that is, they have received the invitation to join but never completed the signup process.
The same options will also be available here: filtering, sorting, exporting data.
