As a member of a branded job board, you can upload job postings in one of the following ways:
- Automatically through your active Workable account.
- Automatically through republication of your jobs from the page you use to post job ads (Website, LinkedIn, etc).
- Submit your jobs manually by entering the branded job board platform.
Note: In all three scenarios, the branded job board's admin team reviews the ads before granting approval for their publication, ensuring that the job postings align with the platform's purpose.
Automatic posting via your Workable account
If you have an active Workable account, your published Workable jobs will be automatically posted to the branded job board.
- Create your job(s) in Workable as described here.
- Make sure you Publish your job(s).
- Ensure that the job publication is active on the Workable job board (by default, all jobs will be published there)

Newly posted jobs and job updates will be available on the branded job board in a couple of hours. When candidates apply to your job(s) they will show up under the Applied stage of your pipeline and their source will be listed as ‘via [branded job board name]'.

Automatic posting from a job listing page
If you are posting your jobs directly to your website, a custom careers page, or a job board, you can have your jobs reposted from this site to the branded job board. You can then join the branded job board platform to:
- View your scraped jobs
- Create AI-generated interview kits
- View and evaluate the candidates using your saved interview kit
This is only possible if we can support the page's structure; we usually support a page that contains one separate URL for each job. Upon onboarding, you will be requested to provide the job listing URL we can scrape. If the job listing URL contains one separate URL for each job, it (usually) can be processed. For example:
Custom careers page: https://[company-name].com/career-opportunities
LinkedIn company page: https://www.linkedin.com/company/[company-name]
Important notes:
- The technical implementation of this solution can take up to 3 weeks from the initial request. The timeframe only applies for the first time while the system republishes existing job postings.
- After the initial implementation, automated detection of new postings will occur on a daily basis.
- If you unpublish a posting on the job listing page it can take up to one week to be removed on the branded job board.
Direct job posting and management
If you prefer a more direct way of posting and managing jobs and don’t have an active Workable account, you can join the branded job board platform and submit your jobs manually.
In the platform, you will be able to:
- Post and manage job postings (promote your jobs via featured job posting bundles)
- Create AI-generated interview kits
- View and evaluate the candidates using your saved interview kit
