- If you are receiving an "Unauthorized" response for the requests that you send this probably means that the credentials are incorrect for the given scopes. Please send us an email with the full request including headers and response.
- You require that we send you again a token or secret.
- You require that we update your base URLs on our side (for Assessment providers).
- You require an update in the description, subtitle, or provisioning instructions that appear on your tile on the Integrations page.
- You require that we add candidate_id and member_id keys to the payload.
- You require that we configure the Time To Live of the access token (the default Time To Live is 2 hours).
- You are required to use a localhost callback URL to test your application before proceeding to the staging environment.
