Enable customers to speed up the onboarding process for new hires by exporting candidate details directly into your platform.
Hiring teams use Workable to track and manage candidates through the hiring pipeline. Every candidate has a profile inside Workable, which becomes a rich data source as the candidate progresses.
Candidate profiles can include:
- Photo or avatar (depending on the company’s account settings)
- First and Last name
- Personal email address
- Personal phone number
- Job title (as listed in Workable)
- Job location
- Start Date / Hire Date
- Candidate resume (PDF)
- LinkedIn URL (depending on the company’s account settings)
Integrating Workable with HRIS or Onboarding tools
Workable account admins can activate an integration between Workable and their preferred onboarding tool with a one-time set-up. All Developer Partner integrations are listed by type inside the product. Existing users of both our services follow simple on-screen instructions. Those who have yet to select an external option will see your logo, a brief description of the product, and a link to your site to find out more.
Exporting data from Workable
After completing the integration, a data export will be performed automatically for candidates that reach the offer or hired stage in the pipeline (depending on how you prefer to set this up). A streamlined process, exporting data to your service becomes part of the standard route to hire.
Important: You should use our default offer or hired stages. We prevent users from creating multiple offer/hired stages or stages after hired because this may cause reporting issues. Please check our recruiting pipeline best practices.
