Total Candidates
A targetted gauge chart shows the current number of total candidates against a target potential number of candidates applied, broken into smaller interval goals.
Every time a goal is met, said goal will turn green, and the next goal will be formatted to bold and hinted with a red arrow.
Daily Candidates
A bar chart represents the absolute number of candidates applied, broken down by date of application.
You can choose Member Type (Workable Customer, Manual Entry, Scraping) & Date Range, using the filters.
Hover over the chart and click the menu to reveal more actions like:
- Sort by: number of candidates per day/creation date
- Export data: as CSV, CSV (Excel) or Google Sheets
Candidates per Function
A bar chart that shows the absolute number of candidates applied per function of business, ranked from function with most candidates applied. The data includes all candidates that applied historically.
This chart helps understand the distribution of candidates across functions of business and clarify which functions are more attractive to candidates, hence, assisting with candidate acquisition.
Note: The business function is marked within the Workable ATS account for the companies posting jobs this way, or automatically categorized using Workable’s technology. Null represents uncategorized jobs.
Use the filter option to select the function(s) you want to include in the chart.

- Sort by: candidates per function/function
- Export data: as CSV, CSV (Excel) or Google Sheets
Candidates per Member
A bar chart that shows the absolute number of candidates applied per member, ranked from ,ember with most candidates applied. The data includes all candidates who applied historically.
This chart helps understand the distribution of candidates across members and clarify which embers are more attractive to candidates, hence, assisting with candidate acquisition.
Use the filter option to select the member(s) you want to include in the chart.
Hover over the chart and click the menu to reveal more actions like:
- Sort by: candidates per company/company name
- Export data: as CSV, CSV (Excel) or Google Sheets
